This company consults you before charging extra fees at the time of car pickup.

Because of the inefficiency of Europcar's agent Advantage at Orlando Airport and their mishandling of the order, I couldn't pick up the car, yet I was still charged. The case is still under after-sales processing with no definite answer.

The wait time was too long. After reaching the pickup point, we had to wait another half hour.

Car was poor and had loads of problems, which I reported and they helped out.

Everything was very good, however it was not clear that the rental would be proceeded through Advantage Rent a Car. It threw me off a little bit, because I kept looking for the Europcar sign, which made me think I needed a shuttle. I had to call to EasyRentCars central until the misunderstanding was undone.
