The attitude was acceptable, but they forced me to upgrade the car model and charged extra. Showing the QEEQ order was useless. After I signed, the staff left the counter and ignored me. There was no queue that day; it was a free moment.

The contract stated a different time than the actual key pickup/drop-off, resulting in many additional fees. The car provided had issues, and the hotline couldn't arrange for a replacement. I had to check multiple branches myself and only found an available car after visiting four locations.

The wait time was quite long, you have to get a number first. There were a lot of additional charges. The app showed a cost of over 680 euros, but it ended up being over 1100 euros when picking up the car. It's been several days since I submitted a complaint to the rental company, but there has been no response.
