The staff were very friendly, both the girl who picked us up at the airport and the guy handling the paperwork. However, their efficiency was very low, though this is not just this company's issue but also how things are in Europe. There was a group ahead of us, and it took me more than 30 minutes in total to get the car and leave.
Staff were inflexible about early pick-up (even though cars were available) and tried to up-sell a more expensive package in order to have the car 1 hour earlier. We waited the hour, then completed pickup with a friendly and helpful staff member. Numerous add-ons, such as obligatory transponder for the toll highways, were unexpected - but the total amount was not excessive.

It was recommended to us to get a larger engined car to help with the hills and.mountain driving but the car didn't have the power I expected having paid extra for it! Plus having not driven abroad very much I didn't feel confident in such a big car on small roads
Poor customer service from Sonia, who wanted to finish her shift. The vehicle had many defects to be reported, which proved difficult in the dark and time consuming but we were helped by Emanuel, who was waiting for his lift home.
I have already cancelled my next reservation with you and gold car in February.
