クライストチャーチの店舗のマネージャーは最悪。車が途中で問題を起こしたとき、電話でまず顧客の状況を確認せず、責任を回避しようとし、費用がかかるのを恐れて車を元の店舗に返すように要求しました。顧客の行程を全く考慮していませんでした。連絡した救援スタッフもこの店の担当者の対応が非常に馬鹿げていると言っていました。こんな店舗管理者には初めて出会いました。非常に残念です。

The car consumed a lot of fuel. Initially, I planned to return it in Wellington via the ferry, but due to strong winds, the ferry was canceled. I had to return it in the same city, which cost an additional 2500, which is more expensive than the rental itself, utterly outrageous.

The rental process was too slow. It took about an hour and a half to queue up and almost over two hours to get the car at Christchurch Airport.
