There was no one to receive us when we picked up the car and we couldn't find anyone when returning it.

A very poor car rental experience. The vehicle did not match the booking level.

No doubt this is a budget rental car company. I booked a Passat but was given a Skoda Octavia, and they insisted that this was the only car they had. I've rented cars overseas many times, and this was the first time something like this happened. The rental location is hard to find; other companies are in the domestic arrivals area of Kayseri Airport, but this one is in the international terminal. I'm not sure how many people actually fly internationally to come here. Also, the car wasn't provided with a full tank, and I had to return it with the same amount of fuel as when I picked it up, which is quite inconvenient. I would not recommend renting from this company, at least not at Kayseri Airport.

The car provided was downgraded, and they didn't inform me proactively. I was almost deceived.

Rented an automatic car. It was in poor condition and the windows couldn't roll up, but it didn't affect the driving. We'll make do, as we are not familiar with the area.
