The next morning, I received a text message on the flight saying that my credit card was charged 678.91 euros due to damages. I'm sure I drove carefully and there were no damages. I have photos from the time of pick-up, and now we are going back and forth. Even though I bought full insurance, which should have been handled by the insurance company, I feel it is unfair to be falsely accused like this.
