The rental location is actually quite a distance from the airport, not as close as described, so you should plan to spend an extra half-hour to pick up the car. 3. The place for car exchange was even more bizarre. It's in a garage with no signs and nobody knew about it. We almost missed our flight wandering around the garage. By the way, when exchanging the car, the staff just drove it away without any paperwork. 4. The final rental bill deducted $74 from my card. When I asked about the charges, I was told it was for emergency assistance and highway fees. I was speechless.

The Europcar counter is located inside the Advantage store, but there was no staff present for a long time. Many people waited for quite some time only to find out that Europcar and Advantage process rentals together. It took over an hour to get served.
