Very satisfied. I want to give a shoutout to the car rental company's excellent support and assistance throughout the entire process.

Had to wait about 30 minutes after registration to get the car, which is quite inefficient. Also, the fuel tank was only ¼ full at pickup, making it tricky to estimate the fuel needed when returning the car.

Expensive price

I was disappointed to be given a much larger car than I booked, this impacted the fuel economy. I had asked for a small car, would not use this hire company again for this reason

Massive queue at the pick up counter which really delayed my departure from the airport and plans for the evening. Seemed really slow with nothing pre-printed and only one printer which then jammed. Lady on the desk was lovely but horrible wait outweighed this. Will actively avoid Avis in the future if that’s the counter process.
