The staff speaks poor English, making communication difficult. They forcefully sell insurance and provided an old manual car with 17 damages, saying there were no other cars available. I strongly advise against using this rental service again.
We paid in full for this car, but when we arrived at the rental location, they had rented the car to someone else without contacting us. They forced us to pay an extra €141 for a different car, a Peugeot, which was worse than the Ford! The reason given was that we were late! There was no prior notice that the car would not be held if we were late. They just wanted to charge more money! I just want to ask, if I book a hotel room at full price and arrive late, is the hotel room given to someone else?

Veronica if I'm not mistaken, they were expecting me, got Fiat 500L instead of Ford Fiesta in few minutes I was done by the reception but had to walk 300 meters to the parking in order to pick up the car.
