Nice and neat car. Spacious for our luggage requirements. Relatively new vehicle. No queue at the pick up counter. The only downside is that the car pick up counter is located at the basement at a location away from the airport and hence it was inconvenient to reach there with so much luggage.

Qeeq.com is a customer friendly application. Your help desk is very efficient and is always available. I had a couple of queries that were promptly and fully answered.
They didn’t have a car for us after we reserved it and had a waiting list of over 10 people for cars they didn’t have. I found a car at a different store and the guy tells me , we have to offer it to the first in line. I told them I found the car and they wouldn’t book it so we left and went to enterprise and they were wonderful!! Never use hertz again!!
