Let me tell you about my unpleasant experience. The staff at this rental car company are extremely dishonest. The original order did not include an additional driver. He asked if I wanted to add one. Later, he aggressively pushed various insurances, most of which I refused. However, for safety, I added the million-dollar third-party insurance. When printing the contract, I found that the child seat I had requested when booking was not canceled (we brought our own), and it was charged. It got canceled only after I requested it. The list did not show the cost of an additional driver. In the end, I was still careless. When settling the return, the fee of $13.3 per day for the extra driver was listed. Isn’t this fraud? The staff had a terrible attitude during the on-site communication about the fee, and the store manager acted like a scheming rogue, essentially saying that if you added it, you have to pay for it.
