Overall, Thrifty is relatively cheaper. It seems to be a subsidiary of Hertz. Most of the service staff are from India and may try to add extra services. I checked Thrifty's official website in advance and learned about the additional charges. In the end, I insisted they cancel the extra fees.
On November 6th, Beijing time, I went to the rental company's Cucamonga store at Los Angeles Airport to exchange cars.
