I originally reserved a five-seater SUV, but they upgraded me to a seven-seater. The Ford FLEX is too long for convenient parking, so I requested a change. They gave me a Ford Explorer with just over 20,000 kilometers on it, equipped with 4WD and hill descent control. Many thanks to the American lady at the AVIS parking lot at Salt Lake City Airport, who patiently used the translation app to communicate with me and helped me get the car change. This made my driving experience in Yellowstone Park extremely comfortable.

The service was excellent. We arrived early and they allowed us to pick up the car in advance. The car we received was the exact model we rented, no need for changes.

The car was rented with a full tank as agreed, but they still charged $44 for fuel.

Worse than Hertz I used before

They provided us with a booster seat for our child at no extra charge.
