Waited in line for over two hours to pick up the car. The staff had a very poor attitude and aggressively pushed additional services like roadside assistance and ETC. The car had only half a tank of gas at pickup, and the final bill was $140 more than expected. This company is not trustworthy, be cautious.

“Poor car and nightmare drop off point”

The car collection was terrible with very off hand designator who told us our car either this or that and no other choice. car had dents and scratches which he was off hand about Also the car had no oil and a warning light came on and I had to put 4 litres of oil in the engine. Buick Envision car - avoid !!

Poor experience. I asked the shuttle bus driver which terminal to go to when boarding, but the driver's announcement was too quiet, causing me to miss my stop. The driver did not ensure that passengers alighted at the correct spot, and we ended up circling back to the rental site. I missed my flight. When I asked the driver if I had missed my stop, we were already back at the starting point. The driver said I should have sat in the front row to hear the announcements. Missing my flight was an incredibly bad experience!

The line was very long, took almost three hours. When it was our turn, there were no cars available, waited for another hour. No place for family to wait, sat outside, child had a fever, told them but it was no use. Waiting outside worsened the illness, later spent over a thousand dollars for medical treatment. The front desk clerk was watching movies the whole time, worst customer service I've experienced in the US. After finally getting a car, a fault light came on after 20 minutes, had to go back to exchange it, reached the hotel at dawn. Is this really the second largest car rental company in the US? More like the second to last.

At the Los Angeles airport location, there were long queues and poor efficiency; it took nearly an hour to get the car. On-site, I was informed that only the main driver's credit card could be used for the deposit, not MasterCard UnionPay, and only Visa UnionPay. The reservation was made under my friend's name, who is the main driver and only has MasterCard. I had prepaid for the car and had a Visa. I contacted the rental company customer service to change the main driver to me or coordinate somehow. Despite explaining the issue three times, they kept repeating: 'You need to prepare a MasterCard or Visa credit card. We're sorry, but we can't solve this.' They totally didn't understand my issue! Eventually, the on-site staff coordinated with a supervisor to use my friend's MasterCard, but it added $150 for insurance!

Overall collection service very poor. Wait at airport for transport = 15 minutes. Wait at counter for car = 60 minutes. Car allocated had only small amount of gas - wait to exit LAX rental area = 30 minutes. Overall over 2 hours to collect car
