I returned the car less than 30 minutes late, but they charged me an extra $30. This is unreasonable. I can understand paying proportionally for the extra time, but this rental policy is unacceptable. I've rented cars overseas many times and never encountered this situation.

HERTZ's service is not great. They tried to upsell other services at pickup, which wasted time, and the prices are high.
