Both pick-up and drop-off were very fast, and there was no issue with using a magnetic stripe card for the deposit instead of a chip card. We even extended our rental by a day without any formalities, and the fee was deducted directly from the deposit when we returned the car.

There were no obvious signs outside, and I had to ask someone to find out the exact location. However, overall, the experience was still quite good.

I rented a Jeep on the website, but they gave me a Kia. Although the models are similar, I was still a bit disappointed at first. There was Chinese service in San Francisco, but the upselling took quite a long time. Nevertheless, picking up and returning the car was very convenient and quick.
