The pick-up process didn't involve much service. They handed over the key without much explanation, so I had to figure out the car's features myself. The car's condition was average. When returning the car, there was a delay due to an accident, but they didn't make it difficult and even joked around a bit.

The counter opens at 8am. however office staffs came around 8:30am, even though i booked the car from 7am.
they told me i booked the car after they closed their office. at least they should have come to their office by 8am

I did not receive proof of return of the car at Phuket Airport. I hope there is no problem with my deposit money at National Car Rental. Because the deposit refund is processed 2 weeks later. Thank you
