Comparing a few companies, AVIS is the best!

They added many insurances without saying anything, even though I had already bought them on the domestic platform! The store staff didn't inform me, and the rental agreement was hard to understand. They didn't charge any fees at that time, only pre-authorized. After returning the car and boarding the plane, I received the charge notification via SMS several hours later, after the flight had landed!

Great service, convenient pick-up and drop-off. The car had over 10,000 kilometers on it and was not very clean, likely not washed properly.

I requested a small car to keep the fuel costs down. The car I was given was a Nissan. Sentra, which at the time seemed good but it turned out not only to be a gutless wonder but a gas hog to boot! The car was really noisy as well, so must not have been very well insulated. I will say though that the staff were friendly, polite & helpful.

The booking platform was easy to work through and would happily recommend.
