We picked up the car at the agreed time. We originally booked a Nissan Quest, but Hertz didn't have it, only a DODGE, which is much smaller. Although the Chinese customer service was very responsible, they still couldn't switch back to the Quest. Also, we couldn't add the customer service on WeChat, so there was no way to communicate. Being in a foreign country and renting a car for the first time, we had no choice but to accept it. The user experience was very poor.

The airport branch is very convenient; free shuttle service to and from the airport.

It's very convenient to take the airport rail for 2 stops right after exiting the airport.

Big companies are generally reliable. However, they often cannot provide the specific reserved model, which is not good.
