A wide range of models and quantity available, easily meeting our needs. Numerous pickup and drop-off locations made it very convenient. Customer service was good, and waiting times for both pickup and drop-off were short due to many service counters. The contract was clear with no pressure to purchase insurance. The car itself was of good quality. Overall, a great rental experience!

A lot of car models to choose from, even the compact series had regular sedans. I chose a Ford. It had a backup camera and other features. Very nice.

The car was very new, only 6000 miles on it. Although they suggested switching to an SUV, they didn't push when I declined. Returning the car was very convenient, with a shuttle bus taking us to the terminal.
