Every time the car starts, it shows a need for professional maintenance service. Additionally, the vehicle does not display the total mileage or the mileage for the current trip.
Picking up and returning the car was very convenient, and the car was in great condition. The only issue was that charging was a bit troublesome (different apps were required for charging stations, and some worked while others didn't). Overall, the trip went well. Currently, I am uncertain whether there will be deductions due to parking or speeding tickets, which will take about a week to find out.
There was no one at the front desk for a long time. We booked a Skoda Wagon due to having many suitcases but it was replaced with a RAV4. The car key battery was dead, causing multiple instances where we couldn't unlock the door or start the car, forcing us to unlock manually.
I returned the car to the airport 10 mins after the set return time and i was charged a full extra day of rental. I had to contact Budget customer service after returning home with international call to get my charge reversed. I think Budget can do a little better (I asked the counter if everything good, he replied YES everything good) when returning key to the counter. Otherwise one little issue might ruining the whole trip.
