Pleasent stuff, everything ok

Budget did not know about reservation. Had no normal cars. Insted of mini suv, i recieves fiat qubo.... It seams you do not have normal contact with them... Pick up office had to be near air port, but adress in reservation not valid for a year. Had to go with kids and laguages by public bus to city centre. Drop of a same problem.

Large crowds and long queues. Despite having a reservation, we still had to queue again. Few service counters available, and several rental companies share the same counter.

When I returned the car, I asked the staff to inspect it. They said it wasn't necessary, and then a month later, they claimed there was damage and I needed to pay 500 euros for repairs! Terrible car rental company!

“Once again a disappointing car rental experience”

We booked an automatic specifically but when we arrived late on Sunday night with 2 children we were told there were none available. Then they tried to get us to take a car with a totally damaged wing mirror and a light out,
