Thrifty is very bad. They tricked me into buying all the insurance because they said I was too young, and forced me to buy a toll charge and a full tank of fuel. Later, I filed a complaint but received no response. They took a lot of my money. It was already past midnight and I was very tired, so the person just asked me to sign. It was a scam. I definitely would not rent a car from Thrifty again.

Al regresar el auto el empleado no estaba bien oriento de la entrega del auto faltaba una raya de gasolina y dice que fuéramos a completar la gasolina a lo cual retornó al auto para gestionar la misma, la empleada de salida no permite la gestión y no dio el mejor servicio al cliente. La experiencia no me gusto No supieron orientar me tuvieron dando vuelta lo cual consume gasolina para cobrarla Con esto dejo saber que no deseo alquilar mas carro con la compañía

Buen servicio

This is the slowest rental location I have ever been to anywhere. But, it's not just Thrifty. They're all like this at Augusta and it seems that it's because there is always someone trying to get a difficult rental (no credit card, kind of thing). I've rented cars at this airport 5x before and it has never taken less than 1 hour. Fortunately, check-in has never been more than a minute or two.

Good rental. Used the phone kiosk when there was big line. Got to pick my car.

Pick up was extremely good at Seattle Airport. Staff all extremely friendly and helpful, got us on the road quickly. Drop-off staff were not as friendly and failed to explain why an early drop off fee was charged despite drop off only being 25 minutes before late fee would be charged. This was extremely disappointing.
