We were told that our US auto insurance did not cover the rental and were required to buy the Discount auto policy. The windshield developed a crack which I reported to their staff. We were told that the policy did not cover windshields and tires and that there would be an additional $500 fee.

The price paid for the quality of the car we got is questionable! The car was almost 10 years old!

Je suis très déçu car vous m'avez encaissé 114 CAD par erreur en me facturant 1 GPS alors que je n'ai pas pris de GPS sachant que j'utilise mon mobile. J'ai appelé plusieurs fois de France et je trouve trop long le traitement de mon remboursement et en plus personne ne répond à me emails donc le service client n'est pas de qualité à mon goût.

We had an upgrade on the car because the other smelled of cigarette, they changed without us asking for it. Very clear in the information and conditions of the contract.

Easy to book, information accurate, except the pick up location : 2 different locations indicated (one on the confirmation email, another one on the voucher). I went to the correct one so no problem, but still.

90 minutes to get the car ! Asked for a Chevrolet Malibu and obtain a smaller Chevrolet Cruze.

Le temps d'attente pour récupérer la voiture été particulièrement long 1h30 à cause d'un manque de personnel lors d'un weekend de grande influence. La voiture n'avait pas été nettoyée à l'intérieur.

Car is very good condition. Service is good but a bit slow

Pickup took more than 30 mins, first time the driver didn’t stop even after waiving hands... finally when I reached the rental agency, they forced me to buy insurance as they won’t honor the complimentary insurance and I have to buy the insurance from them even though I said I don’t need it as my credit card covers the Collision damage.. at the last moment I wasn’t saving enough by switching to another agency and was already running late for my trip...

Over all great but price is too much. No GPS.

Au départ l'agence m'a dit qu'ils n'avaient plus le type de véhicule demandé. Ils m'ont d'abord proposé la catégorie en dessous ce que j'ai refusé (je ne pouvais pas avec les deux enfants et les bagages) ils m'ont proposé un véhicule plus grand pour le même prix. Par contre attente très longue, mini guichet à côté de la réception d'un hôtel avec seulement une seule personne au comptoir, pour récupérer la voiture au début avec le changement j'ai du facilement attendre 1h45 ! 1h20 minimum avant mon tour au guichet !

Plate forme simple et rapide. Le price drop m'a bien prévenu de la baisse des prix et j'ai pu économiser 30 euros sur ma réservation de départ. L'explication du fonctionnement pourrait gagner en simplicité.

The car was in decent condition, but there was some trouble during pickup. The actual model did not match the description, so we had to pay extra to change the model.

J'ai eu la surprise d'avoir un SUV haut de gamme avec GPS, Wifi, sièges cuirs ventilés,... Véhicule récent et en très bon état. Seul bémol : véhicule mal lavé

Simplicité d'utilisation du site Excellent rapport qualité/prix (30% moins chère que le tarif du loueur)

The entire process was quite clear and very convenient.

I was given a bigger car than I booked for which was a good upgrade. Reasonable time to wait in pick up and drop off. Initially tried to charge me for an extra day because pick up time was incorrectly entered but quickly resolved.
