“Great experience except with some issues with the counter staff at avis”
About AVIS:8.0/10
Great Vehicle and service but the staff at the counter was a bit rude, making sexist comments on my partner and comments that she couldn't understand me due to my accent overall a bad experience in picking up the vehicle, apart from that everything was great.
The car was good but I hired a gps at additional cost and that did not function. I told the staff upon return and got only half the refund for the gps. I paid for 8 days and it only worked for the first day.
Once again getting issued with a compact SUV when mid sized ordered. Car and service was acceptable just wish didn't have to fight to get what was booked
Double make sure your staff cleans everything out of the car. Some Fast food was left in the back. However, it didn't really bother me too much. Otherwise, the car was in excellent shape and drove like a champ. I really liked driving the Nissan Ultima and never felt there was going to be a problem. The Pickup and drop off criticism is really a logistic procedure with the airport. It's not Avis's fault but the distance and the shuttle are not ideal in my opinion, especially for people with luggage.
About QEEQ:10.0/10
No, it was the first time using the service and everything went well. They were very helpful when I made a wrong reservation and had to change it.
This family trip included five people and four large pieces of luggage. We originally booked a seven-seater van, but were told upon arrival that there were no vehicles available. We were forced to take a five-seater SUV and informed that it was the largest vehicle available at the time with no other options. We were told that if we were not satisfied, we could come back the next day to see if there were any cars to switch to. However, since we had to leave for the Grand Canyon early the next morning and there was no guarantee that the reserved seven-seater van would be available, we didn't change the car. As a result, we were cramped for a whole week, crossing three states. It felt very disappointing and misleading. If the reservation and payment were completed, why wasn't the vehicle available?
Couldn't get the car at all. The staff at the counter were extremely rude. They insisted on showing an international driving license or a Chinese driving license to release the car, even though I have a U.S. driver's license and a Chinese passport. This has never been a problem in other cities. Usually, they just check the U.S. driver's license without even looking at the passport. It felt like they were deliberately making things difficult. I spent at least an hour waiting in line twice, and I saw three groups of people being given a hard time for various reasons and not getting their cars. The queue was extremely long, and they were very impatient with foreigners who had language issues. It was truly unbelievable. I've rented cars in the U.S. five or six times and have never encountered such terrible staff! I haven't received a refund for this order yet; it’s really disgusting!
I have to wait for more than 15 minutes to get the car, but it seems to be a normal waiting time since Las Vegas is very popular. Except the above, AVIS didn’t provide some extraordinary service.

I’m happy to have an opportunity to book with QEEQ. The platform is easy to use and intuitive. The prices and extras are very good.
“The lady at the reception of AVIS was rude!!! She asked me to pay more than £100 extra!!!!”
About AVIS:2.0/10
Avis tried to force me to pay an extra insurance for more than £100!!!
I have completed a full tank top up of the car that costed me $35 at the pump and they charged me incorrectly more than $100 for fuel never agreed when the tank was only half empty so they suppose yo charge me max $20 and not more than $100.
Car was quite dated. few errors on dash. not what I would expect for the cost. Was upsold insurance and sat nav. Sat nav was only a tablet running google maps which was no more reliable than the phone we brought
