They didn't inform us that smoking in the car was prohibited and fined us.

The car was inspected in person and the results were recorded. They clearly specified the fuel type and provided written instructions. They also offered an upgraded model.

In car very bad smell

I needed to extend the return time, so I contacted the staff on the website. They asked me to contact the counter, but since I don't speak the language, they helped me by contacting the counter themselves.

The service is okay, but there's no Chinese service. Fortunately, I understand some English; otherwise, it would have been impossible to manage. The main issue is the rental policy, which feels like a bully contract. Initially, I booked to pick up the car in Chiang Mai and drop it off in Bangkok, so there was an extra fee for returning the car to a different location. Due to a change in plans, I switched to picking up and dropping off at the same location in Chiang Mai, but despite multiple attempts, the extra fee wasn't refunded. I find this unreasonable!

So far, it's one of the best car-rental providers at the Suvarnnabhumi airport.

The customer service attitude was mediocre, they seemed indifferent.

They gave us an old model Civic and refused to change it, saying we could file a complaint. Very bad service.

Communication was difficult

Both renting and exchanging cars were much better than Thai Rent A Car. Very patient and detail-oriented.

Car was good for trip. Returned two days early but no refund, not happy for this.

Not much to say, not a single problem with the car. Great experience! The only difficulty we went trough was the language. Sometimes it was difficult to understand each other during the pick-up process

Great service

The process of picking up and returning the car was quite fast, but the drop-off location at the airport at night lacked lights and signs.

The biggest problem is that they do not have a desk on International Terminal. International guests must work to their desk at the Domestic Terminal. The car/service is OK. PS: Phuket government is fixing / upgrading the roads, so it is really crowded sometime.

Convenient

After returning the car, it started to rain heavily. The staff at Chic drove us back to the hotel, which was very touching.
