We were in the waiting line 1.5 hours late. We waited another hour before we were called to the counter. The lady at the counter said "we were over 2 hours late and hence they gave our car away". She then started offering us a different car for 300 euros more. I explained our reason being late which was not in our control. The lady said we don't have any other options. I then asked for a smaller car which she was able to give us for the same cost. I asked if the cost could be reduced since I am getting the same car and the answer was no. I was at the mercy of the company and had to settle with what I got. Just poor customer service!! Especially since we had a reservation
We did not received the car we had chosen. car given to us was i felt was not comparable. Staff at pick up counter seemed to be more interested with social media on their phones then to look after you. the female staff employee where we picked up the car was ignorant and once again cared more about her phone. i tried pointing out some damage on the car and she dismissed me told us we would receive an email with what damages were on the car prior to pick up. we never did receive an email.
My time location was at 2 PM....get there at 1:07....I was served at 2:45.....I spent no more than 10 minutes and everything was done......other people spent 30 minutes there...none sens.
You should have a counter for people with reservations already done and other counters for people starting the location processus.....none sens to wait almost 2 hs and not spent more the 10 min on the counter (this was a Hertz counter at Rome Termini)
O carro era otimo, nos atendeu muito bem. Mas nao gostei da cobrança em valor alto no meu cartao de credito no ato da locacao. Na semana anterior, alugamos pela QEEQ tambem, pela Budget, que opera com a Avis, e a cobrança foi muito menor que com a Dolar-Hertz. Outra questao quem com a Dolar-Hertz, o seguro AXA- QEEQ só funciona por reembolso, ou seja, voce precisa pagar qualquer extra e depois negociar com o seguro. Já com a Budget- Dolar nao, o seguro AXA-QEEQ cobre os extras automaticamente. Tivemos nosso voo partindo de Malpensa cancelado e tivemos que mudar o ponto de devolução do carro para Bergamo. Ligamos para a Hertz- Dolar em Malpensa que nos informou que nao poderia fazer a mudança! Fui num balcão da Hertz-Dolar em Verona e felizmente a alteração pode ser feita sem custo extra e facilmente. Mas foi um stress com o atendimento pelo telefone. Por fim, na devolução do carro em Bergamo, o funcionario recebeu o carro mas nao deixou 100% claro se estava rudo OK sem extras. Resumindo, nao pretendo alugar novamente pela Dolar- Hertz, e recomendo a Budget- Avis.

Consultei online a QEEQ sobre a necessidade de mudar o local de devolução do carro, mas o atendente disse que nao conseguia resolver nada.
Child car seats not installed ( liability they tell you, to not do it...), upsell extras, as a strategy for the rent co. Car not ready by the appointment time, had to wait 20-30min
