Terrible experience. The car we booked was unavailable, and they gave us a very old 7-seater instead with no compensation for the price difference. They had arranged to pick up the car at 9 AM from our hotel. I even called to remind them, but they didn't arrive until 10:30, nearly causing us to miss our flight.

The car has already run over 110,000 kilometers. The key issue is that at a speed of 85 km/h, the car becomes unstable. Initially thought of changing it in Taupo, but it turns out the only location is in Auckland! Wasted phone expenses, and the person who answered said yes, the car shakes above 85 km/h. They knowingly rented out a car in bad condition! I was dissatisfied throughout the journey.

The service attitude was great, and the vehicle condition was acceptable.

The car pick-up time was outside business hours, but the store's instructions were clear. It was very convenient to get the car.
