The business hours are not convenient at all!!!!

Not a convenient process to collect car. Instructions was difficult to follow. Car was not cleaned inside nor washed outside. When I queried I was told its a busy season and the turnaround time from booking to vehicle was to short. Car seat was not ready & had to install it myself in the car.

Waited at the airport pick-up area for over an hour before someone came.

Like: Pickup at the airport was fast. Check-in was courteous and friendly.
Dislike: Hours of operation meant that since we returned before they opened in the morning we had to take a taxi back to the airport at our expense.

Trust were very responsive to email queries on changing the pick-up/drop-off time, and had no problem driving us to the airport after drop-off.

Easy to find the cheapest rental price

No. I had to wait over an hour for pick up, which no one showed up so I had to get a taxi. Upon arrival, they did not provide the car I booked, but gave me a car that had 2 cracks in the windshield, no air conditioning and scratches in various locations. Also, a different language was spoken in front of me with other staff members, not professional at all. This was by far the worst experience renting a car. I am requesting for a full refund.

We have waited a bit long time in the airport terminal. We did not expected that they are so popular to use "WeChat" to communicate.

The rental company is run by local Chinese, not a chain, located about seven kilometers from the airport. The fuel tank wasn't full, and the car provided wasn't the one I booked. There was also a mileage limit.

Dislike: The pick up and drop off was not at the airport, you have to call them and then they would send a car to pick you. Picking up was not too bad but the drop off was a huge problem. The complimentary "shuttle" service is only within office hours, so for us, our flight was at 10am which means we had to be at the airport by 8am, and the rental company told us we had to drop the car at their office and book a cab to the airport. That was inconvenient and extra cost to us.
