Good staff, helping people and was really good overall

The car exceeded my expectation, the keys were ready for pickup.

There should be a provision to extend the booking .

Pickup was relatively easy, though finding the pickup point at Brisbane airport was not quite so straight forward, and they tried to sell us more insurance even though I'd already taken additional cover. Drop off was a nightmare, finding the actual location was not easy, thankfully when we called the office they guided us in.

Like: Quick returns process, less than 3 minutes, excellent
Dislike: Nothing

Not too crowded and quite okay. However, there were no Chinese-speaking staff, which caused me to buy extra insurance.

The car exceeded my expectations because I received a quite new car. The counter staff was also friendly and helpful.

This is very easy platform to book and cancel booking without any charge.

I paid at EasyRentCars. I presented my voucher to the counter at Brisbane airport. First, the man up-sell me for a bigger car. I said no. I clearly remember I declined the Excess Reduction ('ER') insurance coverage at the counter. The man asked to me to sign on his little 6" screen. He didn't print me the contract as he said they're going paperless. However, I found my credit card is charged more than double of the car rent for this ER insurance. The email contract showed I accepted the ER insurance which I surely I didn't. I won't rent from Budget ever again.

This car rental company is quite good. On April 11th at 5:30 AM, we returned the car at Sydney Airport. We were supposed to return it at the international terminal, but we returned it at the domestic terminal instead. The staff were very considerate and drove us to the international terminal. Many thanks to the QEEQ platform for providing us with this excellent car rental company. Thank you.

The service staff provided detailed explanations. When our reserved vehicle was unavailable, they offered us an SUV at no significant price difference, which was quite nice. Returning the car was also very convenient; just park in the designated rental car spot at the airport and hand the keys to the rental company staff in the airport hall. Very convenient.

The car was not as large as expected. It was a Hyundai Kona which is smaller than a medium SUV.

The staff was not very friendly in their responses, and the child booster seat I rented for 6 days should cost AUD 40, but for some reason it turned into AUD 56.

No staff at the store, I couldn't pick up the car. Irregular charges, still not refunded.

Like: The car was comfortable and we enjoyed driving it
Dislike: We booked a Holden Commode and were presented with a Nissan Pathfinder. Although the ride was good we would have preferred the commode as we traveled extensively everyday

The Budget system at the site crashed and they said they would manually record the reservation info from the Rent a Car website since I had already prepaid. On the return day, Budget charged me again, claiming they couldn't find the reservation in their system and instructed me to sort it out with Rent a Car. Now both companies have charged me, and there's no response or refund for the extra money I paid. If this issue isn't resolved, I don't think I'll book through this platform again.

Like: New car and low mileage
