Because we had a lot of luggage, we booked a mid-to-large car (Chevrolet Malibu). However, at pickup, they could only provide a compact car (Volkswagen Jetta), so we had to fold down part of the rear seat to fit the luggage.

After returning the car, even though the tank was full, I was still charged as if it wasn't; 4. Various charges kept appearing afterward, even more than two months after I returned the car, there were still unexplained charges;
