The rental deposit is charged as a regular payment instead of a pre-authorization, and I ended up unable to get the deposit back. Additionally, I was charged for tolls twice!

Headache having yo call from the uk and to chase up until the last day. Pushed into toll charges but final wasvtaken of. The fuel recharge is extortion 6 times the cost of the pump.
AZ does not accept the Orlando Visitor Toll Pass, requiring an additional daily fee of $14.99 or pay-per-use for toll roads. In the end, the total cost is higher compared to major rental companies at the airport. The vehicle is old and lacks value for money.
Terrible I will never recommend this company. You contract something and in the last minute change the things and you have to pay for services that you don’t need
