I had initially upgraded my vehicle expecting it to provide more convenience, but unfortunately, I lost 2 days and a night due to issues with the vehicle.
I am grateful for the taxi provided to Edinburgh Airport to resolve the matter, but the delay impacted my plans for that day, night and following day.
Additionally, I had taken out two rentals (a van and a car), but was only informed when picking up the van that this was not allowed because of company policy. This left me unable to complete everything I had planned and I need to come back at the end of this month. All of which would have been fine if it was not for the unfortunate timing and reasons for renting the vehicles, my mother had passed and I needed to move my life back down to London. Two very stressful situations.
I’ve been a loyal Enterprise customer for some time now, frequently renting from your branches at Edinburgh/Stansted Airport, Perth, and Bow. The staff at all three locations – Cameron, Elliot, Jack (Edinburgh), Katy (Perth), and Tam, Jamil, and Rob (Bow) – went above and beyond to make up for the lost time, sleep, and money during this period. I truly appreciate their efforts. Especially Cameron, he really stood out to me and helped me immensely.
Car was smaller than we expected. A Fiat 500. Everything else was fine.

vehicle was fine. Drop-off point details were a mistake. No drop-off point at location shown on contract. spent some time finding out correct drop-off point and then driving there. Have complained to Enterprise. £200 deposit has not yet been returned, but no reason for it to be retained
I reset tire pressure button later on collection day for it to come back on the day after saying tire pressure was low again. Advised staff when they collected car that something wrong with tires. I said I thought it may have been the change in outside temperature making it that way when I collected. Realized it was something more the day it came back on and also the drive felt a bit different when it did as well. Always enjoy speaking to staff. Staff great as always.
They made the process whole process for me painless from start to finish. Phillip who I dealt with on the counter to the branch manager who helped with technical questions I had.

Simple, easy process that I will definitely use again.
Beware. Car clearly hadn’t been checked before renting out. AdBlue warning came on after 30 minutes. Despite checking the car back in, and the vehicle having a thorough inspection at that time, and getting a full refund of the deposit, Enterprise proceeded to charge me 2 weeks later for a nail in a tyre. This was clearly a vindictive act just because I complained about the state of the vehicle.
The staff were very professional and helpful. I had an issue with the van size, however Mr. Musa sorted it out professionally. Also, I would like to thank to Mr. Michael Collins who also helped me out. Moreover, all the staffs at the Enterprise branch was very polite and genuine helpful. I would recommend all of my family and friends to hire their vehicle from Enterprise. Lastly, a very special thanks to Musa again.
As I'm familiar with this type/model of car, it was what I expected. Initially though I was given an alterative car as the one I was suppose to have, had just been in an accident, but Enterprise sorted the replacement I should have had in reasonable time. Any issues I did have Enterprise were very quick & helpful to resolve.
Generally enterprise & their staff were good & I'd be happy to use them again.
Very friendly staff, though I haven't driven many other cars and would have valued the offer of a quick overview of the car (eg how to open the fuel cap!)
The car was exactly as ordered and very easy to drive.

Price Drop Protector saved me a few pennies - and gave me peace of mind.
I loved the option to cancel up to the last hour - though I didn't need it.
The car was a lower class of vehicle but was good and did what I needed it to do. Good on fuel. Staff were helpful and process at pick up and drop off

Qeeq was easy to use. Only issue is enquiring about reduced price as it was a lower class of vehicle than I was meant to get. They are dealing with it and keeping me updated.
