Overall good, but no airport location.

Although we didn't pick up the car at Alpha, they arranged transportation to the rental location very well. The car was new and in great condition!

Picking up the car is a bit inconvenient. Other companies have counters directly at the airport, but with Alpha, you need to wait for their shuttle to pick you up. Make sure to allocate enough time when returning the car to avoid delays. However, the service is still good.

Basically, I am very satisfied. The car was very new, all aspects performed well, the rental fee was affordable, and it was fuel-efficient. The service attitude was also good. Before departing, I suddenly remembered that I hadn’t checked the fuel gauge, and the front desk staff personally came out to show me how to read it. The only small flaw was that the deposit was frozen for a whole month, which seems to be standard practice, as it was the same on the Gold Coast. Overall, very satisfied.

This is a small company. I had to return the car at 5:30, and no other companies provided a quote, which made me anxious. However, two things touched me: 1. I took a wrong route with the driver picking me up, but when I saw him holding a sign with my name, drenched in sweat and smiling sincerely, I was deeply moved; 2. This was the first of four car rental companies on my trip to Australia. When I arrived at the company, I realized I had forgotten my driver's license. I was devastated, thinking about how I would manage for the next 20 days in Australia. But as soon as he heard I had a notarization document, he immediately said it was OK. It felt like a gift from heaven! Small companies can be more reliable!

The pick-up service was quite good. I called to confirm the pick-up location, and a car arrived promptly. At the office, the paperwork was quickly sorted out. However, they initially gave me the wrong key, so I couldn't start the car at first. I thought there was an issue, but then realized it was due to the incorrect key. The inspection was fairly simple, the car was in good condition, clean, and relatively new. Returning the car was smooth as well, with just a quick inspection.

The car has been driven around 30,000 kilometers, but it still looks very new. The service was good and I am relatively satisfied. After returning the car, I was charged 21.45 yuan, but I don't know why. The rental company didn't explain this, which is not very good.
