Car broke down. No car replaced. Roadside assistance helped to towed the car. We help to pick up the car and return the car once it was repaired 3 days later. We are promised no extra charge. But end of the day, we have extra charge to my cards. And case is still investigation with europcar

Was told at Melbourne Intl airport to go to downtown Melbourne to do an exchange for vehicle. From Isuzu mux to Toyota Kluger. Went down the next day and the counter manager told me no Kluger available. In fact none for the entire Victoria. Simply brush me off by saying Europcar cannot do anything to help. Also the agreement from Europcar mention excess of $5000 which should have been zero since I have upgraded my booking to include zero excess.

It was a surprise upgrade and a very pleasant car to drive with surprisingly low fuel consumption. Check in was handled quickly by friendly counter staff. I will be using QEEQ again and highly recommend to anyone seeking to hire a car.

When picking up and dropping off the car at Melbourne Airport, the rental company did not mention any additional charges. After returning home, I received a notification from the rental company stating that picking up and dropping off at the airport incurs extra fees.

The service from Europcar was very poor. The reception's attitude and speed were both very unsatisfactory. Additionally, the car I booked was different from the one provided. When I asked if there were any other available options, they didn't even bother to check and simply told me there were none.

The car rental process was smooth, and the staff handed over the keys, directing us to the Europcar area in the parking lot to pick up the car ourselves. We originally booked a Toyota Kluger but ended up with a Hyundai Santa Fe, which felt like a downgrade. Nonetheless, the car's condition was acceptable, having only run about 21,000 kilometers. The car didn't have any floor mats, so after one day at the beach, the interior was full of sand. Luckily, later at a friend's house, we borrowed a vacuum cleaner and took a long time to remove the sand.
