The service from the staff was excellent. We had six checked bags, two carry-ons, and two backpacks. The staff helped us load them into the rental car and also assisted with unloading them when we returned the car, even taking them to the shuttle back to the airport. It's a good idea to have some small gifts or cash for tips ready.

Quite good, efficient service. The return instructions are printed out for renters to take along. No extra insurance is pushed.

Easy pick-up and drop-off process

The car provided was different from the one in the order. They kept pushing insurance at the time of pickup and didn't inform about toll fees. After returning the car, I got a fine without any email notification and they directly charged my credit card a high processing fee, which didn't match the total amount. Be cautious!

The service attitude is very good. The car rental desk clearly lists the prices for various services, such as an additional driver for 24 euros and travel to other countries. Communication is very convenient.

The car pickup process was fine, communication was clear and efficient. However, there were some disputes with the return report and follow-up. The on-site return inspection showed no problems, and I signed off on the process. But the next day, after returning to my home country, I received an email stating there was a small scratch, about 2cm. Europe's economy isn't doing well, so unexpected issues are more common. I recommend using a larger rental company like Sixt, as smaller companies might offer lower upfront rentals, but more surprises after.

Very satisfied. They offer a free second driver, have a warm and personable attitude, and are easy to communicate with. The vehicles are mostly economy class. The owner is a young Hungarian entrepreneur who is very considerate of his customers.

No waiting in line, the service staff explained everything clearly, and the handover was incredibly smooth.
