Reserved and expected a Special SUV/Jeep Wrangler rental and received a scratched up Mitsubishi instead. Hood, side panels, and bumper were scratched up and there was not another option to select from. Made short trip somewhat disappointing.

Car had mechanical problems after I pointed it out to them they said they fixed it but i had to return car to exchange after a few days for the reason I told them about in pickup that they said they fixed
Fox is the worst. They were extremely rude at the pickup counter and harassed me about everything. The car was filthy and smelled so bad of cigarettes that it made us sick and bothered my husband's asthma. We called their number but they never answered.
The car was brand new and clean. I did not expect to be getting such a car in excellent condition along with a great price for a 44-day rental. And it was half the price of what I would have had to pay from other Rental Businesses.
The staff was friendly and the collection/drop off process was smooth and efficient. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

QEEQ's booking process was easy to follow and chatting with customer services helped me with all my questions on the lead up to the day I had to collect the car.
On pick up in Burbank CA they did not have a car for us although we reserved one over a month before the trip. After about 25 minutes inside we were told to go upstairs and they would help us there. The problem is that for 15 minutes we could not find anyone to assist us and when they did we had to wait for the car to be washed. Never before had we had this much trouble with a car rental.

The counter staff seemed helpful but said she could not get the extra $68 off the bill when she changed the car I would be getting. When I said I didn’t want to pay for extra insurance, I was told because it was included in my original reservation, I had to take it. I had no choice but to accept the rental & I told her I would be in touch with the company about this issue.
Great experience. They didn't have the car I requested, so upgraded me for no additional charge. Even though I had to wait for about 30 minutes, the staff and manager were so kind.
Terrible. The staff and the hadn’t ever seen a French driving license and refuse tu give me the car!!!
First time in my life ever! That ruined my entire day of work and I had to find another agency to get a car.

Helpful staff on pickup and drop off. Easily solved issues regarding refuelling.
No info anywhere (no sticker on fuel cap, no manual, nothing online etc) about what fuel the car took which was quite stressful. Solved with the help of staff, but should have been more straightforward.
Like: FRIENDLYNESS Dislike: My reservation is from 10:30 to 10:30, but I didn't get the car till 11:15 because the car we reserve wasn't ready, they upgraded to a similar SUV but didn't like, so wait for the car which was okay with us, but when we returned the car around 11 pm, the parking lot attendant still there, and told us that the person who take care of the return car paperwork still there just step out the office, so we wait a little, didn't return. So the attendant showed us how & where to drop key & paperwork which we did. Then later on found out they charged us 1 extra day, so have to contact them and they reversed the charges. Also would be nice if they email us the invoice after instead I had to call and requested.
We had rented a Kia Sportage or similar car, and received a Jeep Renagade.The car did not feel right at pick-up, but it was Thanksgiving week and all vehicles were promised. The 2nd day of driving the heat stopped working; the 3rd day the defrosters stopped working; we went to the rental location to exchange for a different vehicle. As we drove into the agency, every light on the panel was flashing and check engine light was on. The agency representative said the motherboard had gone bad and the car should not have ben in use. After much looking, they did find a replacement car for us. We spent an afternoon of our vacation dealing with car issues. Upon arriving home, we called Fox who gave us a credit towards our next rental.
