Il a fallu attendre 3 heures avant d’avoir le véhicule que nous avions réservé. L’assurance que nous avions pris au départ n’était pas reconnue par AddCar et il a donc fallu débourser 400$ pour en racheter une sans quoi on ne pouvait pas avoir l’auto que nous avions réservée; horrible expérience !

They told me the only agreement they would agree was there’s. No additional driver. Had to give 1000.00 deposit . I could take or leave it

It was TOYOTA COROLLA. AXA Additional Driving Insurance was not accepted. Insurance on my own car was not accepted although it was accepted at FOX rental company in my previous trip to Las Vegas. Counter staff enforced me to buy their insurance.

Rental price drop more then 2 times during last 24 hours. I don't know how protector work its magic.

オーランド国際空港でのレンタカー予約は今回で３回目だったので、深夜到着でも不安はありませんでした。予約していた車両が用意されておらず少し時間がかかりましたが、予約車種よりグレードの高い車両を予約価格でレンタル出来ました。到着ゲートがBゲートでAVIS窓口もBで手続きしましたが、車両はAゲート側の駐車場に停めてあり、たどり着くまで少し時間が掛かりました。 海外でのレンタカー予約は希望していた車種が無いことが度々あるので注意が必要です。

レンタカー予約のポータルサイトですが何度か利用して不満はありません。

FOX Rent A Car made me wait one-hour and fifteen minutes because my vehicle was not available. They made me wait in the lobby and only when I approached them they made me wait longer until they completed the booking they were handling or I would have waited even longer. They were rude and not organized, a terrible experience.

There were hidden charges that was not included in your price which I am not happy or pleased about. At least rentalcars.com adds fees and taxes to their quotes, so QEEQ is misleading and I now have to question future rentals going forward.

Headache having yo call from the uk and to chase up until the last day. Pushed into toll charges but final wasvtaken of. The fuel recharge is extortion 6 times the cost of the pump.

Everything was ok until the insurance issue that they forced on me regardless of having perfect insurance myself and willing to sign any waiver to accommodate them. At the end I paid large sum in order to be able to drive their car.

I called your agent and he was super nice and did his best to convince the receptionist but unsuccessfully at the end he asked me to pay them what they are asking and get the car then send it to QEEQ for refund which I followed.

Ordered a 7 seater and that’s what I got! Quite a high spec.

QEEQ worked well for us , I have used them before .

La voiture a été louée avec une très forte odeur de tabac totalement répugnante qui est restée pendant tout le séjour. Nausées à chaque fois que nous prenions le véhicule. Très déçue par que Hertz propose des locations dans un tel état alors qu'il est bien stipulé que ce sont des voitures no fumeur.

Confiabilidad reservando mediante QEEQ

It was quite a horrible experience. I prepaid in full, but when I picked up the car, they told me that all the available cars in my selected category were electric. They mentioned that I would need to download an app to operate these cars, implying it would be very troublesome. I asked them to switch me to a gasoline car, and they only told me it would cost $140. The key point is, they didn't inform me it would be an additional charge. I didn't realize I was being misled until I saw the bill. Then, I had to ask the staff to cancel the vehicle upgrade. Moreover, I clearly told the staff that I had my own insurance and did not need to buy the rental company's insurance. However, they kept pushing it on me. After I explicitly refused, a $130 insurance fee inexplicably appeared on my rental agreement! I had to go back to the counter again to cancel it. Originally, the rental cost was supposed to be around $1000, but with these two hidden charges, I ended up spending an additional 2000 RMB. It's a total rip-off. If a customer isn’t fluent in English, they could easily be scammed.

i have used alamo for every trip ive had and ill always use them. the pick up truck was a bit too big for me (5ft height) and i think ill book a SUV next time but no complaints
