The car exchange process was very convenient.

Even early in the morning, there's a queue right after they open. I didn't get the Alfa Romeo I booked; they gave me a hybrid Toyota instead, and the deposit is higher than other companies. The inspection form didn't carefully record all vehicle scratches; luckily, I noticed and made them add two more. Otherwise, returning the car would have been a disaster. This was the strictest car return inspection I've ever experienced in Europe!

The process was fairly smooth and the staff provided detailed information. Unlike in China, the staff just gave the key and the parking spot, and you have to get the car yourself instead of them driving it out for you.

I booked auto car but they said they dont have auto so I should pay more for bigger auto or just same amount but smaller auto or I should go for a manual car even if they mentioned it is auto.

I claimed this issue to the CR then they tried to help me. Still waiting the result.

We encountered some issues with our car rental from Europe Car in France. The customer service immediately contacted us and helped with the communication. Everything was resolved properly in the end. We felt very assured. We'll definitely use Zuzuche for our next self-driving trip abroad.

Alamo said there have missing rope in the trunk. However, when I rental the car, the rope already missing. And they deduct EU$ 31.07 from my deposit.

The initial car we got was a VW, but the tires were almost worn out. After reporting it, they switched it for a BENZ with good tires!

Very poor experience, indifferent attitude. Our train was delayed by two hours, and when we arrived to pick up the car, we were told the car we reserved was no longer available and we had to book a new one, with only a Mercedes available at an additional cost. I insisted on not accepting their solution and threatened to lodge a complaint, only then did they find another car of the same type. The whole interaction was quite unpleasant. Do not rent from Europcar, a very poor rental company.

Car was c3 and not a focus.

Happy with the car. Picking up was a bit slow but this was because the car turned up late from the previous customer. Only thing I wasn't totally happy with was while checking the car before driving away I was asked again about what insurance I'd taken out. I thought I'd sorted that at the desk not to be questioned in the car park.

All fine, only issues I had was because of my lack of computer knowledge

First time renting a car, the staff at the counter were very patient in explaining the details. The car was in excellent condition, very clean both inside and outside. The engine runs smoothly.
