The service was good, but the waiting time was too long.

The service attitude was average. They insisted we rent snow chains, which added 60 euros to the total cost. They scared us by saying we would be fined if caught by the police without them. When we wanted to store our luggage for a few hours when returning the car, they refused.

Good service and the staffs are very friendly!

Second time I used Hertz and found the service below average and the amount of time for picking up car way too long.
