It was okay, but I later found out that the staff secretly added insurance, even though I mentioned I had already purchased it. Be cautious of this.

It took 3 hours to pick up the car in LA. Not only did I not get the car I booked—because they didn't know when it would be returned—but after switching cars, I waited another 40 minutes in the parking lot because the car hadn't been washed and needed to wait in line. The chaotic process made me question if AVIS is really a public company.

Average service, pickup was quite slow.

Clean and tidy nearly new car. Easy to find and return car. Staff very efficient.

Never used this site before but will again

I was traveling with a service dog and was told “if there is one dog hair in this car upon return, there is a $250 clean up fee”. This caused much anxiety and I ended up buying a lint roller to clean car when returning. When I got the car, there was a MacDonald cup in the door and crumbs in the console. I am glad I am the dog’s trainer because if I was disabled, I could not clean the car for them.
