車を取りに行ったときの検車記録シートには、お客様がサインして確認していなかった。しかも、車屋には一口しか置いておらず、お客様の手元にはレンタカーの契約書が一口しかなかった。車掌は検車の際に簡単に記録しただけで済むが、何カ所かの明らかなそりの跡が見えないふりをしていたし、助手席は吸い殻にいくつかの穴をあけられても記録していなかった。客から発見して指摘されたときに、渋々記録したのだ。車を返却した時、明らかに遠い昔に引き起こした損害であることを発見して、意外にも取引先に損害を賠償するよう要求して、しかも態度は極めて悪質である。

“Never again”

Waited over 2 hours to rent the car. They charged my card over $1500 for insurance when I told them my credit card covers any additional accident protection. When I rented the car, I explained I would be returning the car on thurs July 25, not sat July 27. They said I would still have to pay till July 27th even though I returned it 2 days earlier. I want those two days refunded back to me, not a good way to do business

The process to pick up the car took so long. People couldn’t find my reservation and did not reach quickly the easyrentcars. Staff not focused on providing a fast service to customers arriving sometime from a long flight and eager to enjoy vacation and not wiling to spend 1h30 for a car delivery. I will not use this service again, as the value for money to me is not worth in terms of convenience.
