The car rental process is simple

The car was in great condition, having driven just over ten thousand miles, and it was very clean and tidy.

El coche no estaba muy sucio por dentro, pero no estaba limpio. Había papeles del anterior conductor en la guantera y hasta una mascarilla para covid usada debajo del asiento.

Buen servicio, precio y atención al cliente antes de la reserva. Lo volveré a utilizar.

Like: The fact you can drop off the car in a different location
Dislike: I wasn’t treated as a Gold member

Like: Picking up the vehicle was very easy and everything was explained to us step by step, we were offered different options but with out a hard sell and they weren’t pushed when we said no.
Dislike: Although we were extremely happy with the pick up we had it was a shame we didn’t get the one we booked.
