Pushy staff, tried to make us take out extra insurance for over£200, we had full insurance taken out with easy rent on booking. We explained this but still they tried to make us take out their insurance as well ( we declined) . She then asked us to upgrade the car also and pay a waver of 21 euro to pay for flexi fuel .

The instructions said the office was opposite check in desks 165-170, there are no offices there. Got sent here there and everywhere by staff at Madrid airport and eventually found the office on a different floor! Mentioned this to the man on the counter and he just shrugged and said they knew it was wrong! He was very rude, in a bad mood, unhelpful, not at all friendly, very pushy trying to sell me insurance I already had and told me they were blocking one amount from my card and then blocked more. He also lied to me, telling me the amount would be blocked for 30 days, trying again to get me to sign for the insurance. When I returned the car they confirmed the balance would be unblocked within 2-3 days!
I think you get what you pay for and it was very good value for money, however there is a very hard sell that you need to take out their insurance despite that we had taken separate insurance. You also have to give a credit card with a Euro 1000 deposit as I did not take the insurance. Also the fuel is a slight of hand and you will pay £22.50 for returning with a full tank ie which is still a cheaper option than returning empty. Car had about 20 points of damage which I had to record before taking the car, at the time I was picking up the car it was late at night and the car parking was poorly lit so it was difficult to access the condition of the car. I moved to a better lit area and took photos.

Rude customer service, very high deposit, airport service charge suppose to be included but I have to pay extra at the desk. Also have to pay for a petrol 126 euro and after couple of days refund if full when return. Very disappointed! I will Never use again this company!
The worse experience ever! I rent a car through your company a few years ago in Portugal and didn’t have any problems. Ms Lorena at the desk in Mallorca airport gave me the worse customer service I have ever experience. On Friday 8th Feb I rented a car online. I was charged over £10. Terms and conditions said £800 of deposit was going to be blocked on my card. At the airport the woman said to me it’s £1500, when I asked her why there is nothing about it online and it’s not okay she didn’t have an answer. Then I said that I have my own annual insurance and she said you don’t accept it and I have to pay extra. I asked her if someone would go with me to the car to do the check in. She said: „no, you have to go by yourself and if there is any damage this is your problem”. Unacceptable!! I told her: „I’m sorry but I don’t like your attitude” and she replied „And I don’t like your attitude”. I decided to rent a car from AVIS where I got a great deal and I experienced an amazing customer service. I’m a travel blogger and I’ll mention that situation in my upcoming vlog for sure. I’m so disappointed especially that I always recommended interent. Never again.
