The return policy is too rigid and inflexible.

Arrived at the car rental site at 7:45 AM, and was told the car was not ready. Had to wait for 3 hours, which severely delayed my schedule. In the end, they gave us two Corollas, and didn't refund the price difference. The service is extremely poor!

The hall is quite spacious, and there's no need to queue due to few people.

It took an hour to pick up the car at 9 PM, with only one staff member available.

Overall, it was pretty good. The pick-up location was fine, but the drop-off spot was too confusing. If you happen to stay at the hotel where the return address is, even the reception staff there are unsure where to return the car. The GPS had a power connection issue and ran out of battery as soon as I arrived, which could have been a big hassle.
