Counter staff not particularly friendly and not really helpful when we asked for advice on returning car and avoiding traffic limitation zone. Drop off was straight forward.
Very long pick up line at the airport which really delayed the pick up of the car. Counter was fully staffed but it too many customers at once to handle
The initial pick up took forever, which was made worse by the heat, the first car we were offered was in a terrible condition and the staff were so unhelpful
