The staff was very friendly. I rented an X3, but received an X1.

I don't know why, even though I took the full supplemental insurance, the staff at the rental office rudely pointed out that I had no insurance and forced me to sign a waiver agreement, making me anxious while driving these past few days.

A terrible experience!!! I don't understand why the so-called prepayment with basic insurance is completely irrelevant when you arrive. You are forced to add so-called local insurance which doesn't even cover personal injury. Although I eventually resolved it after arguing, how many clueless fellow countrymen got scammed?! In the end, the total cost of my rental was: 6 days rental with basic insurance prepaid for 1055 RMB or 143 USD (personal third-party liability insurance 20 USD per day, full tank of gas 35 USD, taxes). I won't choose this rental agency again. There are two different pricing systems for domestic and international! There's no guarantee or sense of security at all!

Carro atendeu as expectativas, sem problemas para encontrar no aeroporto, atendimento rapido, só faltou um atendimento em outro idioma sem ser o ingles, mas conseguimos resolver.

Muito pratico e objetivo.

Incluyeron seguros opcionales, aún cuando se informó que se habíab adquirido a través de EasyRentCars. Escribieron mal el nombre del conductor. Se tardaron una eternidad en corregir los errores.
