Customer service was terrible. Staff refused to acknowledge my credit card rental insurance

The condition of the vehicle and service attitude were quite good overall, but the staff at the store were not professional enough, leading to a series of follow-up issues that remain unresolved.
It was my first time trying YESAWAY, recommended by QEEQ. They offer Mandarin service which was clear and warm. The counter staff were patient and enthusiastic, with minimal waiting time. Very satisfied.
Like: I was very satisfied with the price I received. For the vehicle I rented. I was a bit confused at first, on where to be for the pick up. This is an off airport site, location. It was a lot easier then I anticipated. I needed the car for a few extra hours and the added fee was fair, in my opinion. I will be back in July and i will use them again.
