They don't have a counter at the airport; you need to call them and they will arrange a car to pick you up at a designated spot. The process was quick when we got there, with a fleet of white cars in good condition. The only thing to worry about is refueling.

Overall, it's quite good. We picked up the car at Melbourne International Airport; the store is about 10 minutes away from the airport with a shuttle service. The service was decent, although the receptionist's attitude wasn't great when she saw we were from China. The car was relatively new. The drop-off location is in the city center and easy to find with GPS. Overall, it was pretty good and reasonably priced, recommended.

East Coast car and services are good. Wast Coast located inside the car park, there is no sign which is visible from the street, it is hard to find.
