Instead of a pre-authorization, they charged directly. The reserved car was not available at pickup, and they didn't inform us that the upgrade would cost extra. The charges were unclear and no receipt was given for the card payment. Both the rental company and the third-party platform are pushing the responsibility onto each other, and the complaint is still being processed.

Il m'a été facturé un flex fuel que je n'avais jamais demandé (18€) mais qui était déjà coché sur son ordinateur, c'est de la vente forcée, j'ai essayé de la faire sauter et puis j'ai lâché l'affaire, je leur ai laissé me la facturer tellement ils me font de la peine à vouloir grappiller des euros...

Forced to pay 150 in insurance even though I had already taken out the fully comp option, paid for a smart car which wasn’t available, waited 35 minutes as only one person working who was very rude ! Forced to pay extra or not have the car at all !! BEWARE
Appalling check in process; customers waiting ages on keys. No idea of condition of vehicle, collecting in the dark so photos not possible. On drop off tried to claim I was responsible for scrapes as nothing on the sheet.
